Do you go running a lot?

I'm not a hardcore runner, but I do try to go for a run, especially on weekends, to relax. I enjoy jogging by the beach or exploring the trails in the nearby park.

Well, I wouldn't consider myself a hardcore runner, but I do try to squeeze in a run, especially on weekends. It's a fantastic way to relax, whether it's a jog along the beach, soaking in the scenic views, or exploring the trails around the nearby park.

Where do you usually go running?

I like to switch up my running spots – sometimes it's the peaceful beach, and other times it's the winding park trails. Trying different places keeps my runs interesting.

Did you go running when you were a child?

In my childhood, even though it may not be traditional running, I did a lot of running around while playing games with friends in the village. It was a carefree and fun way to stay active.

What do you prefer, running alone or running with friends?

Nowadays, I prefer running alone. It's my time to be by myself, listen to music, breathe in fresh air, and let my mind wander. Running solo lets me set my own pace and fully enjoy the experience.
